From the Pont des Bossons parking lot, nothing hints at the intensity of this route.
After a good warm-up, you set off on a wide trail along the La Chaise river: the warm-up is smooth, gradual, and essential. By the 2nd kilometer, the climb begins with a gentle mix of forest paths, small roads, and discreet trails.
From the 7th kilometer, the trail rises sharply—perfect terrain to feel the full power of your Nordic walking push. Your breathing quickens, your mind anchors. At the top, the viewpoint is breathtaking.
Be attentive when crossing farms (livestock and guardian dogs may be present). The descent from the Solliet chalets follows a single track: technical, requiring secure footing and good control.
Return to the heights of the village for a well-deserved stretch. A demanding, alpine course where technique and commitment make all the difference. Recommended only for experienced walkers.
