About

The chocolatier draws on authentic expertise and carefully selected ingredients to create original treats — “ibex tears,” “marmot droppings,” “ Tome des Bauges cheese slices”… An invitation to indulge in delicious pleasures within a warm Alpine setting.

Stepping into the workshop‑shop, visitors discover not only sophisticated chocolate bars and truffles but also the world of an artisan who blends local terroir, creativity, and gourmandise. This spot is perfect for a tasty stop in the heart of the Sources du Lac d’Annecy — whether for a brief pause or to take home a delightful souvenir. The shop is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and is part of the local “Boucle des Savoir‑Faire,” offering an immersive experience into the region’s traditional crafts.

Like his father before him, Sébastien Boitte does more than make chocolate: he tells a story of mountains, carefully chosen ingredients, playful shapes and names — and above all, sharing. For lovers of sweets as well as those curious about artisanal gems, it’s a stop full of flavor.
