Description

A route that will take you on a running tour of the Port network, canals, rivers, conches, ditches. These developments make it possible to accommodate and preserve a rich flora and fauna linked to the life of the Marais. Open your eyes when you run and let yourself be surprised by the natural encounters along the way. Work on the mind, focus on your feelings in the race, peaceful environment.

No major difficulties, bandwidths between 100 and 150cm, possibility of practicing with at least 2 people in front

Lack of facilities to take the chain boat. Requires good balance in a standing posture. Possibility to sit on the boat with outstretched legs to reassure yourself during the crossing and allow you to pull the chain in good conditions. For the return to standing position, the boat moves with the current of the canal.

* This course is also accessible to people with disabilities and has been awarded the Fédération Française Handisport label.
