Departure from the Tourist Office of Lumbres with an interesting profile in double ascent. Cross the village for 600 m to find the path in the forest for a warm-up very useful to begin the prayer ascent of km 1.6 on 1200 m for 110 m of positive altitude difference. Once you reach the highest point of the route, you will descend for 800 m regularly and then for 700 m on a much steeper terrain! From km 4.3 to km 6 you will be on a practically flat course along the Aa and then crossing it. From km 6, you will start the second ascent more regular and less strong than the previous one over 1.5 km and then recover on the plateau until km 10. From this point, you will start the descent until you reach the finish at km 12.8.
