Enjoy the village atmosphere before setting off on your run, starting at the peaceful Anneyron lake and heading for the Tour d'Albon, the circuit's landmark.

From here, you take a beautiful ridge path before descending to Anneyron. On the whole, the trails are rolling and almost all can be done running, apart from a short, demanding section on a steep, stony path near the Tour d'Albon.
