Based on the ancestral traditions of Corsican hospitality, Pierra offers simple cuisine. Its menu is designed like a diptych: on the one hand, Corsican grandmother's cuisine, with local products (land and sea) and fresh fruit and vegetables picked from the garden. On the other, an oriental-style cuisine, made up of raw fish, sashimi, makis, sushi and salmon tartars.
