Departing from Salles-Arbuissonnas, you'll set off on a 10km trail with a 265m elevation gain.

This route will delight beginners to trail running, with a mix of tarmac sections, wide paths and technical sections through vineyards and undergrowth.
The course is fairly varied in terms of gradient, with ascents and descents, giving you the chance to work on your legs and support.
All in all, it's a great course before you set off on the red runs!
