L'Amis Chenin, a former 18th century winegrower's house with a lot of character, will allow you a pleasant stay, thanks to its beautiful volumes, the recent renovations, its 5 bedrooms, its garden and its flowery park... and its view of the Loire !
Entirely new kitchen, living room on the “loft” mezzanine with its 65-inch OLED screen and WiFi access.
At your disposal, sleeping side: 5 bedrooms (with private bathroom and WC) representing 12 permanent beds + 1 sofa bed. In the troglodyte area: a room equipped with a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people. Two twin beds of 90 can complete the sleeping arrangement.
In the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park and the Loire Valley, classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, there are many activities, hiking trails and sites to visit around!
Note the access on foot to the banks of the Loire and the center of Saumur, the "pearl of Anjou" just 2.5 km away, by road or cycle path.
The gîte can be rented all year round, per whole week, from Saturday to the following Saturday or at the weekend (from Friday to Monday).
Formerly bed and breakfast, the new owners of this beautiful residence now offer you the rental of this good address in "gîte" mode. Excellent stay!
