Description
An intermediate level trail leading to the Chardons Bleus nature reserve.
This route overlooks the Fournel canyon and takes you to the Deslioures biological reserve, a Natura 2000 site set up in 1993 by the ONF. This area is home to one of Europe's largest populations of blue thistle (Eryngium alpinum), which is protected at both national and European level. It is known as the Queen of the Alps.
