ExploreOn January 31st and February 1st, the Comité Départemental Handisport de l'Isère is organizing 2 days at Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin to discover the practice of handiskiing (alpine and nordic). Resort customers: equipment reserved for discovery sit-skiing or wheelchair field hockey.
On this occasion, the Committee would be honored if you could share this moment alongside its athletes, and invites you to embark on a dual / uni / tandem ski piloted to experience the emotions of seated sliding, on February 1 and 2 from 10am to 5pm. RDV on the Chamrousse 1650 snow front.
Les Sangliers-Arvernes ice hockey club also invites you to try your hand at ice hockey on a wheelchair sled on Saturday February 1, from 1pm to 5pm at the Chamrousse ice rink.
This challenge gives people with motor or sensory disabilities the opportunity to try their hand at winter sports, in teams, in a variety of events in the heart of the resort.
On the program: warm welcome from 9 a.m., sliding activities from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. + Saturday ice activity from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. + Sunday giant slalom challenge from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
You can register with the person of your choice (able-bodied or disabled) to share the experience together. Equipment: CDHI provides adapted ski equipment (Nordic luge, dualski, kart'ski, tandemski, para-hockey luge).
Program for the general public:
- 9-10am: welcome and team-building - Chamrousse 1650 multi-purpose hall - Recoin
- 10am-12.30pm: downhill skiing on the Roche Béranger (Chamrousse 1750) or Recoin (1650) slopes, plus Nordic skiing on the Arselle (1600) ski area.
- 12pm-1:30pm: picnic provided by us
- 2pm-4.30pm: downhill skiing on the Roche Béranger (Chamrousse 1750) or Recoin (1650) slopes, with parallel Nordic skiing on the Arselle plateau (1600)
- 5pm-6pm: group sunset descent from Croix de Chamrousse (via the Croix gondola)
- 19h-21h30 : convivial meal
