Trail competition "Échappée Belle"

L'Echappée Belle intégrale, 152 km and 11,390 m of ascent solo, from Vizille to Aiguebelle, for a complete crossing of the Belledonne massif. With more than 40 consecutive km at over 2000 m, and a minimum of valley descents, this technical and committed trail offers a unique experience. A trail for experienced trail runners with mountain feet!

Running schedule:
- First start at 5 a.m.: Vizille
- Refreshment point no. 1: plateau de l'Arselle - Chamrousse 1600 between 7 a.m. and 12 p.m.
- Intermediate sections: Lac Achard, Col de l'Infernet, Col de la Botte, Col des Leyssines, Lac Robert and Lac David

Spectator program :
- Come and watch the runners at the Plateau de l'Arselle refreshment station (free access).
- Come and cheer on the runners as they pass close to the Croix de Chamrousse, at the Col de la Botte (paying access via the Croix gondola to Chamrousse 1650 - Recoin, then a 10-minute walk).

L'Échappée Belle offers 3 exceptional routes, linking Isère and Savoie, through the Belledonne massif:
1) Échappée Belle intégrale: 152 km and 11,390 m D+, solo (with pacer) from Vizille to Aiguebelle
2) Traversée nord: 96 km and 7,200 m D+ solo from Allevard to Aiguebelle (new route)
3) Parcours des Crêtes: 63 km and 4770 m D+ from Allevard to Aiguebelle
+ Maratrail: 42 km and 2790 m D+, solo from La Rochette-Val Gelon to Aiguebelle
+ Skyrace du Rocher Blanc: 21 km and 2,000 m D+ loop from Fond-de-France (Haut-Bréda) -> Rocher Blanc -> Fond-de-France
Much more than an ultra-trail, it's an adventure... To keep the race friendly, the number of places is limited to 500 per race.

Registration opens in January on the event website! For the Échappée Belle Intégrale, the Traversée Nord and the Parcours des crêtes, the results of the draw will be announced in early February. Registration for the Skyrace is by application.
