Course for athletes who will be able to work on cardio, muscle strengthening and endurance over 8 km.
From the South Intercommunal Sports Complex, you will go on the left to go 1 km on the false flat ascent and reach the "obstacle crossing" workshop and then the "Strong Coast" workshop before completing the entire 600 m gradient from km 1 to km 1.6.
You will follow the ridge to reach the Golo viewpoint at km 2.6 which will be the highest point.
You will start the descent by turning right to return to the other side of the ridge.
Be careful at km 5.5 in the descent, the rest of the route does not have any particular difficulty until the sports complex.
The section between km 6 and 7 is interesting for working at peak speed on soft and wide terrain.
