You can practice Nordic walking with several workshops on this loop which will consist of a 1st km of flat to raise the temperature to reach the 1st high obstacles crossing workshop (4 rocks on your right) at km 1.
Then 50 m further on you will continue on to a 2nd "strong side" workshop from km 1.050 to km 1.200 to work on the double stick thrust.
At the top of the hill, you will arrive on a flat on a wide path to practice on workshop 3 "the fractioned one to work on cardio" over 150 m.
500 m of synchronized walk in recovery to reach a technical descent at km 2 over 80 m in order to work on the "descent technique" this time.
