Our team of sportsmen and women specialised in trail running offers you 3 personalised trail coaching programmes which are adapted to your needs, your desires and your schedule in order to guarantee quality training, progressive and in accordance with your objectives. 



Tailor-made in-depth follow-up
Weekly planning with two training sessions per day 
Specific trail sessions
Detailed muscle strengthening sessions adapted to the athlete's level: sheathing, plyometrics, proprioception
One exchange per week (telephone or video conference) with a trail coach
Sessions in the field / mountain trail
Analyses, briefings and personalised debriefings of key sessions
Adjustment and optimisation of sessions during the week if necessary
Access to the Nolio online interactive training platform between the athlete and the Nolio trail coach
